I read on the Brushcreek board that a couple of gentlemen are working on opening a track in Hickory Valley. Does anyone have any information on this? I assume it is in southern Ohio. Thanks.

ede13: Hickory Valley is located south of West Union, Ohio in Adams County. It's about 45 minutes from Portsmouth (PRP) " " 30 minutes from Brushcreek " " 1 hour from K-C I can't remember it ever being open for a season. Not a good location, and with the nearby competition I think it would be a disaster in the event that someone tried to open it.

Thanks for the info. That is one small track. Not even a 1/4 mile. If they are willing to open it. I am willing to give it a try. Hopefully they will race on Fridays.

Richard: I have been hearing from all over the place, that Jeff Arnold is going to be the promoter at Bruchcreek, except for 5 or 6 races. It doesn't make sense for him to try and open an unknown track in such an out of the way place as Hickory Valley. Are you sure that someone isn't pulling your leg? LOL ;D

Any updates on Hickory Valley? I take it the same promoters running BMC on Fridays are trying to run HV on Sundays.
